When you think of Italian food, we'll bet you don't think of vegan options.
How successful could vegan options from the land of scamorza, ricotta and mozzarella be?
Taste of Napoli at The Arcade have successfully launched their own line of Italian-style vegan options.
In Bristol, that's bound to be a winner: take a look at the reaction they've already had on Instagram, with one happy customer saying: "Awesome vegan lunch ???? @tasteofnapoli - really cute little find, friendly staff and great vegan menu."
So how did an Italian independent which is so proud of its roots find its way to serving vegan food?
It turns out that there was one particularly influential figure among the family.
The daughter of the owner, Nikita, is a vegan herself.
According to Taste of Napoli, Nikita "knew the top products available, and the best recipes for vegan pizza, panini, pastries and fried snacks."
Now the vegan products Nikita inspired have become "incredibly popular" among customers, the Taste of Napoli team say.
"Our vegan products are incredibly popular, you just need to take a look at our social media and the re-posts by our customers to see for yourself."
