Halloween weekend rapidly approaches, and there's a real range of ticketed events from parties to horror experiences across the evenings of the whole weekend! But what about the daytime? And what about an event that won't put a hole in your pocket?
The Arcade has you covered this Halloween half term!
Here at The Arcade Bristol, we're hosting a brand new, FREE Halloween experience in one of our shopping units - Unit 28, just across from Shakeaway. Whilst we certainly are getting our spook on, it'll be a light-hearted experience suitable for families and children - perfect for parents at their wits end trying to enter the kids this half-term.
The experience will center on the titular "Medium Shop of Horrors" - it'd be the little shop of horrors if the Arcade's units weren't so spacious!
The shop will be run by two silly Halloween characters - Proprietor Ms.Denise Edward Vil, who's definitely an entirely normal human person, and her shop assistant Mopey the Fangless (he didn't brush his teeth) Vampire. Come browse their range of strange and definitely-not-cursed collectables, chat with them, and maybe even pick up a few sweet treats for your trouble if you're lucky.
The experience is running in the daytime, from 12:00-16:00 on Saturday the 29th and Sunday the 30th of October and - as mentioned - is absolutely free! If you're tempted by The Arcade's range of vibrant, independent shops (vintage clothes and Neapolitan coffee sounds like a good Halloween weekend to us), this is the perfect place to stop off during your shopping trip to keep the family entertained. Just be warned, with deals like Horological Underground's Halloween sale - you might never leave! OooOoo!
